To book an appointment with Dr Delaney, please call us on 8920 1161, or email us at reception@drdanielledelaney.com.au

Appointments with Dr Delaney generally are 30 minutes (Initial consultation) or 15 minutes (follow up consultation).

Referrals

A Referral from your GP (or other referring doctor) is required for the consultation to be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

In general referrals from GPs last 12 months, from specialists referrals last 3 months.

What To Do Before Your Appointment

To maximise the benefit of your initial appointment, we ask that you provide us with as much information as possible. This may include the results of any tests that your referring doctor has already done.

Additionally, we ask that you fill out the questionnaires and diaries below where applicable. Please scan and email as a PDF.
